目的：探讨超声龈下刮治联合同步1%聚维酮碘液龈下冲洗治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2011-2013年口腔科收治的164例牙周炎患者的资料，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各82例。两组患者均进行全口洁治、龈下超声刮治及根面平整，观察组患者同步1%聚维酮碘液龈下冲洗治疗，对照组患者用0.9%氯化钠溶液冲洗，比较两组患者治疗后3、6个月牙周袋探诊深度（PD）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、菌斑指数（PLI），黑色素类杆菌量和厌氧菌总数。结果两组患者治疗前、后 PD、PLI、SBI 比较，差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；治疗后观察组 PD、PLI、SBI、黑色素类杆菌量和厌氧菌总数与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论超声龈下刮治联合同步1%聚维酮碘液龈下冲洗治疗牙周炎，能较长时间控制龈下菌斑，改善牙周炎症情况，疗效满意，值得在临床推广。
목적：탐토초성간하괄치연합동보1%취유동전액간하충세치료아주염적림상료효。방법회고성분석본원2011-2013년구강과수치적164례아주염환자적자료，장환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각82례。량조환자균진행전구길치、간하초성괄치급근면평정，관찰조환자동보1%취유동전액간하충세치료，대조조환자용0.9%록화납용액충세，비교량조환자치료후3、6개월아주대탐진심도（PD）、간구출혈지수（SBI）、균반지수（PLI），흑색소류간균량화염양균총수。결과량조환자치료전、후 PD、PLI、SBI 비교，차이균유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；치료후관찰조 PD、PLI、SBI、흑색소류간균량화염양균총수여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론초성간하괄치연합동보1%취유동전액간하충세치료아주염，능교장시간공제간하균반，개선아주염증정황，료효만의，치득재림상추엄。
Objective To study the curative effect of under ultrasonic gum scraping combined with rinse under 1%povidone - iodine solution gingival treating periodontitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 164 periodontitis patients's date in our hospital from 2011 to 2013,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,82 cases in each group. Two patients were given underwent full - mouth scaling,subgingival ultrasonic scaling and root planing,the observation group was treated with synchronized flushing treatment under 1% povidone - iodine solution gingival,control group was treated with 0. 9% sodium chloride solution flushing,probing pocket depth( PD),sulcus bleeding index( SBI),plaque index (PLI),the amount of melanin and anaerobic bacteroides total after treatment 3,6 months of the two groups were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in PD,PLI,SBI of the two groups before and after(P ﹤ 0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in PD,PLI,SBI,amount of melanin and anaerobic bacteroides total between observa-tion group and control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Under ultrasonic gum scraping combined with rinse under 1% povidone- iodine solution gingival treating periodontitis gingival can control subgingival plaque for a long time,improve the situation of periodontal disease,curative effect is satisfactory.
