目的：研究曲美他嗪对冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛的影响。方法选取本院2013年2-12月收治的冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛患者96例，随机分为对照组、观察组，对照组给予常规方法治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗，比较两种方法对心绞痛的影响。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。治疗前后两组患者心率、舒张压以及收缩压比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后两组心绞痛持续时间、发作频率均下降，且观察组下降幅度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论曲美他嗪联合常规方法治疗冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛患者，可有效改善心绞痛发作情况，不会影响心率、血压情况，安全可靠。
목적：연구곡미타진대관상동맥개입술후심교통적영향。방법선취본원2013년2-12월수치적관상동맥개입술후심교통환자96례，수궤분위대조조、관찰조，대조조급여상규방법치료，관찰조재상규치료적기출상가용곡미타진치료，비교량충방법대심교통적영향。결과관찰조환자치료유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。치료전후량조환자심솔、서장압이급수축압비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）；치료후량조심교통지속시간、발작빈솔균하강，차관찰조하강폭도대우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론곡미타진연합상규방법치료관상동맥개입술후심교통환자，가유효개선심교통발작정황，불회영향심솔、혈압정황，안전가고。
Objective To analyze the effect of trimetazidine on angina pectoris after coronary intervention. Methods 96 patients with angina pectoris after coronary intervention in our hospital from February to December 2013,were randomly di-vided into control group and observation group. Control group used conventional treatment,observation group used trimetazidine based on conventional treatment. The effect of two methods on angina pectoris were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05). Heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in two groups before and after treatment were no significant differ-ence(P ﹥ 0. 05). The two groups after treatment of angina duration,seizure frequency were decreased,and the observation group declined more than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with conventional method in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris patients,can effectively improve the attack of an-gina pectoris,does not affect the heart rate,blood pressure,safe and reliable.
