[目的]了解进修护士对岗前培训的需求并评价培训效果,为进修护士岗前培训规范化提供参考依据。[方法]对62名进修护士进行为期1周的岗前培训,培训后进行理论及操作培训内容考核,并对考核结果进行分析;对培训内容、培训方式、培训时间等进行问卷调查。[结果]62名进修护士岗前培训后理论考试平均分为92.13分(80分为合格)、技能考试平均分为94.83分(85分为合格),合格率均达100%;问卷有效回收率96.8%;90%以上进修护士对此次课程设置表示满意;有15项培训内容需求达50%以上,属岗前培训主要需求内容。[结论]岗前培训是有效提高进修护士理论知识、临床技能及职业素养的重要途径,应持续改进和完善进修护士的岗前培训工作。

Obj ective:To know about the demands of refresher nurses to pre service training and evaluate the training effect,so as to provide references for standardization of pre service training of nurses.Methods:A total of 62 cases of refresher nurses received pre service training for one week;the the-ory and hands on training content assessment was carried out after train-ing,and to analyze the results of the exam;the training content,training methods and training time were investigated with questionnaire.Results:Af-ter the pre service training,62 refresher nurses'average score of theoretical test was 92.13 (80 is eligible),and the average score of operational test was 94.83 (85 is eligible).The pass rate of this test was 100%.The questionnaire effective recovery rate was 96.8%;more than 90% of refresher nurses ex-pressed satisfaction with the training of nurses curriculum;has 1 5 courses de-mand more than 50%,which is the main pre service training needs content. percentage of questionnaires recovery was 96.8%.More than 90% refresher nurses were satisfied with the curriculum set up.Furthermore,more than 50% refresher nurses had a need for 15 of the training courses,which were belonged to the major needs of pre post training content.Conclusion:Pre service training is an important way to improve the theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and professionalism of refresher nurses.The pre-service train-ing of refresher nurses should continue to be improved and perfected.
