[目的]探讨精密过滤输液器预防新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)堵塞的效果。[方法]315例留置PICC导管的新生儿,其中163例使用普通输液器,152例使用精密过滤输液器,比较两组患儿导管堵塞发生率的差异。[结果]使用普通输液器组新生儿 PICC导管堵塞发生率为7.18%,使用精密过滤输液器组新生儿 PICC 导管堵塞发生率4.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]使用精密过滤输液器可预防和减少新生儿 PICC 导管堵塞,减轻患儿痛苦,保证输液顺利进行,同时也减轻护士工作量。

Obj ective:To probe into the effect of sophisticated filters infu-sion for prevention of PICC catheter blockage in neonates.Methods:In 3 1 5 cases of neonates indwelling PICC catheter,1 6 3 cases of them used ordinary infusion sets,1 5 2 cases of them used sophisticated filters infu-sion,then to compare the differences in the incidence of catheter blockage between both groups.Results:The incidence of PICC catheter blockage in newborns using ordinary infusion set was 7.18%,the incidence of PICC catheter blockage in newborns in sophisticated filters infusion group was 4.60%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of sophisticated filters infusion can prevent and re-duce neonatal PICC catheter blockage and release their pain,so as to en-sure the smooth progress of the infusion and reduce the workload of nur-ses at the same time.
