[目的]探讨对卧床便秘病人实施中医综合护理的效果。[方法]将卧床便秘病人168例随机分为观察组和对照组各84例。观察组实施中医综合护理，对照组实施常规护理，应用汉化版简明健康调查量表(SF 36)评估病人的生活质量的影响，比较护理后两组病人的症状改善情况及汉化版简明健康调查量表(SF 36)评估指标。[结果]护理后4周，观察组的排便无力、排便疼痛、排便不尽、腹胀、大便色质量等症状改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后观察组 SF 36量表各评估指标水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]卧床便秘病人应用中医综合护理效果优于常规护理。
[목적]탐토대와상편비병인실시중의종합호리적효과。[방법]장와상편비병인168례수궤분위관찰조화대조조각84례。관찰조실시중의종합호리，대조조실시상규호리，응용한화판간명건강조사량표(SF 36)평고병인적생활질량적영향，비교호리후량조병인적증상개선정황급한화판간명건강조사량표(SF 36)평고지표。[결과]호리후4주，관찰조적배편무력、배편동통、배편불진、복창、대편색질량등증상개선정황현저우우대조조(P<0.05)；호리후관찰조 SF 36량표각평고지표수평현저우우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론]와상편비병인응용중의종합호리효과우우상규호리。
Obj ective:To probe into the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing for quality of life of bedridden patients with constipation.Methods:A total of 168 bedridden patients with constipation were chosen and they were divided into ob-servation group and control group according to different nursing methods,84 ca-ses in each.Patients in observation group were given TCM comprehensive nurs-ing,while patients in control group were given routine nursing.Chinese version of health survey scale (SF 3 6 )was used to evaluate the influence of patients' psychological care and massage intervention on their quality of life.Then to com-pare the improvement of patient’s symptoms and the assessment indicators of SF 3 6 scale between two groups.of life.Improvement conditions of symptoms and SF 3 6 scale evaluation index of the 2 groups after nursing were compared.Re-sults:After 4 weeks of nursing,improvement conditions of symptoms like power-less defecation,painful defecation,endless defecation,abdominal distention and stool color quality in observation group were much better than that in control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the level of evaluation indexes of SF 36 scale in observation group was much better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing has better effect compared with routine nursing for bedridden patients with constipation.
