[目的]探讨针对性护理干预对肝硬化合并上消化道出血病人的影响。[方法]选择98例患有肝硬化合并上消化道出血的病人作为研究对象。将所有病人平均分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组病人给予一般常规护理干预，观察组病人在对照组的基础上给予针对性护理干预。观察并对比两组病人经不同护理干预后治疗总有效率和并发症的发生率以及护理干预前后生活质量。[结果]经不同护理干预后，观察组病人治疗总有效率为85.71%，明显高于对照组的73.47%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.04%，明显低于对照组的10.20%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在实施护理干预前，两组病人生活质量方面比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，经护理干预后，两组病人生活质量均得到明显改善(P<0.05)，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针对性护理干预有助于提高临床治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血病人的有效率，降低并发症的发生率，并能改善病人的生活质量。
[목적]탐토침대성호리간예대간경화합병상소화도출혈병인적영향。[방법]선택98례환유간경화합병상소화도출혈적병인작위연구대상。장소유병인평균분위관찰조화대조조각49례。대조조병인급여일반상규호리간예，관찰조병인재대조조적기출상급여침대성호리간예。관찰병대비량조병인경불동호리간예후치료총유효솔화병발증적발생솔이급호리간예전후생활질량。[결과]경불동호리간예후，관찰조병인치료총유효솔위85.71%，명현고우대조조적73.47%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조병발증발생솔위2.04%，명현저우대조조적10.20%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；재실시호리간예전，량조병인생활질량방면비교균무통계학의의(P>0.05)，경호리간예후，량조병인생활질량균득도명현개선(P<0.05)，차관찰조우우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론]침대성호리간예유조우제고림상치료간경화합병상소화도출혈병인적유효솔，강저병발증적발생솔，병능개선병인적생활질량。
Obj ective:To probe into the influence of targeted nursing inter-vention on patients with hepatic cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointes-tinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients suffering from liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected as the research obj ects.All patients were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine nursing interventions,and patients in observation group were given targeted nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing interven-tions.The total curative effective rate and incidence of complications as well as the quality of life of patients were observed and compared between both groups after different nursing interventions.Results:After different interventions,the total effective rate of the observation group was 85. 71%,which was higher than 73.47% in control group(P<0.05);The inci-dence of complications in observation group was 2.04%,which was much lower than 10.20% in control group (P<0.05);before nursing interven-tion,there were no significant differences in quality of life between both groups (P>0.05);but after the intervention,quality of life of patients in both groups was significantly improved (P<0.05),and the quality of life in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Targeted nursing intervention is helpful for improving the total ef-fective rate of clinical treatment for patients with hepatic cirrhosis com-bined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,reducing the incidence of com-plications and improving quality of life of them.
