目的：分析联合用药及产后康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全的疗效。方法：将确诊为子宫复旧不全患者70例，随机分成两组，对照组35例，采用常规治疗加产后康复治疗仪治疗7 d，2次/ d；治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加两种中成药，口服7 d；疗程结束后比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组的有效率为94.29%，对照组的有效率77.14%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：治疗组采用联合用药及产后康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全显著提高疗效，可作临床使用。
목적：분석연합용약급산후강복치료의치료자궁복구불전적료효。방법：장학진위자궁복구불전환자70례，수궤분성량조，대조조35례，채용상규치료가산후강복치료의치료7 d，2차/ d；치료조35례재대조조치료기출상가량충중성약，구복7 d；료정결속후비교량조치료효과。결과：치료조적유효솔위94.29%，대조조적유효솔77.14%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론：치료조채용연합용약급산후강복치료의치료자궁복구불전현저제고료효，가작림상사용。
Objective To analyze the combination and postpartum rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of uterine redintegration in-complete efficacy. Methods The diagnosis of uterine redintegration incomplete in 70 patients,were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in the control group,conventional treatment + postpartum rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of(7 d,2 times / D);35 cases in the treatment group,on the basis of control group therapy + two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(oral 7D);the end of the treatment period after comparing the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results The efficiency of the treatment group was 94. 29% ,the effective rate was 77. 14% in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment group were treated with combined therapy and rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of postpartum uterine redintegration incomplete significantly im-prove the curative effect,can be used for clinical use.
