目的:了解大学生主观幸福感的状况,探讨人格和人际关系对主观幸福感的影响。方法:采用大五人格量表,人际关系综合诊断量表和总体幸福感量表对大学生进行调查。结果:不同性别、不同年级间主观幸福感差异均不显著;人格五个因素中,开放性与幸福感总分相关性较高。与主观幸福感六个因素相关性较高的是开放性、利他性、社交性及适应性;人际关系与主观幸福感高度相关,其中人际交谈、人际交友、待人接物是影响主观幸福感比较突出的几个因素;回归分析中,发现人际交谈、人际交友的分数均可以预测主观幸福感的情况。结论:不同人格特质及良好的人际关系对大学生主观幸福感均有不同程度影响,应尽可能为学生营造和谐人际环境,不同人格特质学生给予不同方式的关心和教育。

Objective:To investigate the condition of Subjective Well-Being and the Relationship Between Personality,human relations and Subjective Well-Being of college student.Method:By using Big Five Inventory, Interpersonal Relationship Integrative Diagnostic Scale and General Well-being,we conducted the survey on college students.Result: Grade and gender differences of college students'Subjective Well-Being were not significant;In the five factors of personality, openness has the high correlation with Subjective Well-Being score. Openness, altruism and adaptability have the high correlation with the six factors of Subjective Well- Being;Human relations has the high correlation with Subjective Well-Being, Interpersonal conversation, Interpersonal dating ,Interpersonal manner are the serval prominent factors of Subjective Well-Being;In Regression analysis, we found that interpersonal conversation, interpersonal dating scores can be predicted Subjective Well-Being. Conclusion:Subjective Well-Being is affected by different personality and good interpersonal relationship,We should to create a harmonious environment for students,different students give different education.
