Elaborating connotation of major teaching model of high vocational education in this paper. Under the framework of combination of learning with working, Major teaching model and teaching-guarantee system of electronic technique in the voca-tional college is put forward. The major teaching model is Task-driven, project-oriented, self-directed learning and process monitoring which integrate increasingly tightly with production process and teaching activities. The implement results show that the method can improve student's employment skill effectively.
