目的:比较自动验光仪、角膜曲率计及角膜地形图测量角膜曲率的效果。方法选取大港油田总医院123例(123眼)白内障患者,分别用三种仪器测量角膜曲率,记录3次平均角膜曲率。结果角膜地形图自动验光仪测量角膜曲率K 1平均值为(42.75±1.45)D,K 2平均值为(43.65±1.44)D;自动验光仪测量角膜曲率K 1平均值为(42.95±1.14)D,K 2平均值为(43.55±1.04)D;角膜曲率计测量角膜曲率K 1平均值为(43.05±2.27)D,K 2平均值为(43.85±1.94)D。经单因素方差分析,组间差异无统计学意义(F=3.01,2.96,P<0.05)。结论三种方法测量角膜曲率差异无统计学意义。对于翼状胬肉,大散光或者角膜屈光手术后的角膜曲率测量,推荐使用角膜地形图。

Objective To compare the corneal curvature measured by three kind devices:keratometer, auto-refractomer and corneal topographer. Methods The corneal curvature of 123 eyes of 123 cases with cataract were measured by keratometer,auto-refractomer and corneal topographer. The corneal curvature have been analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant difference among the measuring data from 3 different devices. Conclusions All three methods are effective in measuring central corneal curvature. Corneal topographer is more reliable when the patient's cornea is irregular.
