目的：观察关节镜下前交叉韧带重建的疗效。方法选择2011年3月～2013年3月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院接诊的40例前交叉韧带损伤的患者进行研究。采用膝关节镜下半腱肌与股薄肌肌腱重建前交叉韧带对患者进行治疗。在手术前后，分别采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准及国际膝关节评分委员会（IKDC）评分标准对患者的膝关节功能进行评定分析。并采用KT-1000检查对患者双侧膝关节前向松弛度差值进行测定，进而比较患者膝关节功能的恢复状况。结果术后患者的Lysholm评分明显高于术前，KT-1000测量值明显低于术前，手术前后比较有显著性差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。术后，患者膝关节IKDC评分的优良率为92.5%，显著优于手术前，手术前后比较有显著性差异（u=-7.4515,P=0.0000）。结论关节镜下前交叉韧带重建的疗效显著。
목적：관찰관절경하전교차인대중건적료효。방법선택2011년3월～2013년3월운남성곡정시제일인민의원접진적40례전교차인대손상적환자진행연구。채용슬관절경하반건기여고박기기건중건전교차인대대환자진행치료。재수술전후，분별채용Lysholm슬관절공능평분표준급국제슬관절평분위원회（IKDC）평분표준대환자적슬관절공능진행평정분석。병채용KT-1000검사대환자쌍측슬관절전향송이도차치진행측정，진이비교환자슬관절공능적회복상황。결과술후환자적Lysholm평분명현고우술전，KT-1000측량치명현저우술전，수술전후비교유현저성차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。술후，환자슬관절IKDC평분적우량솔위92.5%，현저우우수술전，수술전후비교유현저성차이（u=-7.4515,P=0.0000）。결론관절경하전교차인대중건적료효현저。
Objective To study the efifcacy of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods 40 cases patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury from March 2011 to March 2013 were researched.The patients were used arthroscopic semitendinosus and gracilis tendon anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for treatment.Before and after surgery, respectively Lysholm score and the International Knee Documentation Committee standard (IKDC) score criteria were assessed in patients with knee function analysis. And the use of KT-1000 examination (patients taking knees 25 °, 134 N position) for patients with bilateral knee anterior laxity difference to be measured in order to compare the recovery of patients with knee function. Results Postoperative, found Lysholm score of the patients signiifcantly higher than the preoperative , KT-1000 was signiifcantly lower than the preoperative measurements before and after surgery there was a signiifcant difference (P<0.01). After surgery, the excellent of the IKDC score was 92.5%,there was a signiifcant difference before and after surgery (u=-7.4515, P=0.0000). Conclusion Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction effect is signiifcant.
