目的：探讨突发群体伤患者急救绿色通道运行中的护理管理措施。方法：2006年1月-2014年1月收治突发群体伤患者300例作为研究对象，其中建立急救绿色通道前患者145例为对照组，建立后急救绿色通道后患者155例为观察组，对两组急救情况进行比较。结果：观察组抢救成功率95.48%，死亡率4.52%；对照组抢救成功率88.28%，死亡率11.72%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。此外，观察组急诊室救治时间、特殊检查时间及入院至手术室时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：突发群体伤患者抢救中运行急救绿色通道可争取抢救时间，提高抢救成功率，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토돌발군체상환자급구록색통도운행중적호리관리조시。방법：2006년1월-2014년1월수치돌발군체상환자300례작위연구대상，기중건립급구록색통도전환자145례위대조조，건립후급구록색통도후환자155례위관찰조，대량조급구정황진행비교。결과：관찰조창구성공솔95.48%，사망솔4.52%；대조조창구성공솔88.28%，사망솔11.72%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。차외，관찰조급진실구치시간、특수검사시간급입원지수술실시간명현단우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：돌발군체상환자창구중운행급구록색통도가쟁취창구시간，제고창구성공솔，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the nursing management measures of emergent group injury patients in emergency green channel operation.Methods:300 cases of emergent group injury patients were selected from January 2006 to January 2014.They were as the research objects.145 cases before the establishment of emergency green channel were as the control group.155 cases after the establishment of emergency green channel were as the observation group.The emergency situations of two groups were compared.Results:The rescue success rate of the observation group was 95.48%,and the mortality rate was 4.52%.The rescue success rate of the control group was 88.28%,and the mortality rate was 11.72%.There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).In addition,the emergency room treatment time,special examination time and admission to the operating room time were shorter than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emergency green channel in the rescue of emergent group injury patients can win rescue time,and improve the success rate of rescue.It is worthy of the clinical promotion.
