目的：探讨危重症患者早期肠内营养并发症的预防及护理策略。方法：2012年2月-2013年11月收治危重症患者80例，进行肠内营养，观察其并发症及其护理。结果：80例危重症患者体重稳定71例，体重增加5例，血糖控制稳定，营养状况良好。出现腹泻5例，电解质异常3例，高糖血症1例，胃潴留1例，脱管1例。结论：实施病情评估，采取及时合理的护理对策可以提高肠内营养的疗效，预防或减少并发症的发生，促进患者的早日康复。
목적：탐토위중증환자조기장내영양병발증적예방급호리책략。방법：2012년2월-2013년11월수치위중증환자80례，진행장내영양，관찰기병발증급기호리。결과：80례위중증환자체중은정71례，체중증가5례，혈당공제은정，영양상황량호。출현복사5례，전해질이상3례，고당혈증1례，위저류1례，탈관1례。결론：실시병정평고，채취급시합리적호리대책가이제고장내영양적료효，예방혹감소병발증적발생，촉진환자적조일강복。
Objective:To explore the prevention and nursing strategy of early enteral nutrition complications in critically ill patients.Methods:80 cases of critically ill patients were selected from February 2012 to November 2013.They were given enteral nutrition.Their complications and nursing were observed.Results:In the 80 cases of critically ill patients,71 cases were stable weight;5 cases were increased weight;blood glucose control was stability;good nutrition status was fine.5 cases were diarrhea;3 cases were abnormal electrolyte;1 case was hyperglycemia;1 case was gastric retention;1 case was removal of tube.Conclusion:The implementation of condition assessment,timely and reasonable nursing measures can improve the effect of enteral nutrition, prevent or reduce complications,and promote speedy recovery of patients.
