目的：探讨老年无痛性心肌缺血的临床护理分析。方法：2013年3月-2014年3月收治老年无痛性心肌缺血患者64例，回顾性分析其临床护理资料。全部患者在常规护理基础上，进行综合护理干预，并统计患者满意率。结果：经综合护理后，大部分患者临床症状得到有效控制。总满意率93.8%。结论：对老年无痛性心肌缺血患者在进行常规护理基础上，采取综合护理干预可有效提高患者生活质量。

목적：탐토노년무통성심기결혈적림상호리분석。방법：2013년3월-2014년3월수치노년무통성심기결혈환자64례，회고성분석기림상호리자료。전부환자재상규호리기출상，진행종합호리간예，병통계환자만의솔。결과：경종합호리후，대부분환자림상증상득도유효공제。총만의솔93.8%。결론：대노년무통성심기결혈환자재진행상규호리기출상，채취종합호리간예가유효제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing on elderly painless myocardial ischemia.Methods:64 elderly cases with painless myocardial ischemia were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.Their clinical data of nursing were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing,then statistic patients' satisfaction.Results:After comprehensive nursing,the majority of patients clinical symptoms were under control.The total rate of satisfactory was 93.8% .Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia on the basis of conventional nursing care can improve patient quality of life effectively.
