[目的]通过品管圈活动,探索以临床需求为导向的医用护理耗材采购和管理模式;为护理耗材的采购达到优质、高效、实用、价格合理提供指导,并保障其临床使用的规范性和同质性,提高护理质量。[方法]成立“品管圈”组织,对医院医用护理耗材采购和管理中存在的问题进行原因分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施,再造管理流程。[结果]品管圈活动开展后,新引进护理耗材的临床试用率达100.00%,护理耗材闲置率下降5.31%,退换货率下降9.10%;护理耗材不良品的上报率和整改后的反馈率均达100.00%,2 h内召回率上升了82.12%。[结论]通过“品管圈”活动建立起医用护理耗材从采购、仓储到临床使用之间管理和沟通的桥梁;规范了医用护理耗材的引进和临床使用行为,缩减了成本支出,提高了团队成员协助开展质量改进项目的能力。

Objective:Through the Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities to explore the clinical demand oriented procurement and management mode of medical care supplies,so as to provide guidance for nursing supplies pro-curement getting high quality,efficient,practical,reasonable price,and en-sure the normative and homogeneity of its clinical use and improve the quality of nursing.Methods:The “quality control circle”organization was established,and to analyze the causes of the existing problems in procure-ment and management of hospital medical care supplies.Then to formulate rectification measures and implement,remaking management process.Re-sults:After the quality control circle activities,the clinical trial rate of new introduction of nursing supplies was up to 100.00%.Idle rate of nursing supplies decreased by 5.31%.The return rate decreased by 9.10%.The re-porting rate of defective products and the feedback rate after the rectifica-tion reached 100.00%.The rate of recall in 2 h increased by 82.12%.Con-clusion:“QCC”activities have established the bridge of management and communication from procurement,warehousing to clinical use of medical care supplies.And it has regulated the introduction and clinical use of med-ical care supplies,reduced costs,improved the ability of team members to assist to develop quality improvement proj ect.
