目的:观察并分析输血检验中凝聚胺技术的临床应用价值。方法:2011年1月-2014年1月收集正常受检者350例,通过凝聚胺技术给予试验,并检测74份疑难血液标本。结果:正常受检者10秒内非特异性凝聚消失人数182例(52.00%),在20秒内消失人数168例(48.00%);在3分钟内所有正常受检者非特异性凝聚全部消失。但3分钟后全部受检者的特异性凝聚均未消失。利用凝聚胺技术检测出有抗体且反复输血血液标本、配血不合格以及正常献血和输血反应者的标本74份。通过凝聚胺技术测定青霉素抗体标本,肉眼即可识别2+凝聚。结论:凝聚胺技术具有操作简单、便利、高效以及灵敏度高等优势,可有效防止输血过程中发生溶血性输血反应,值得临床推广和应用。

목적:관찰병분석수혈검험중응취알기술적림상응용개치。방법:2011년1월-2014년1월수집정상수검자350례,통과응취알기술급여시험,병검측74빈의난혈액표본。결과:정상수검자10초내비특이성응취소실인수182례(52.00%),재20초내소실인수168례(48.00%);재3분종내소유정상수검자비특이성응취전부소실。단3분종후전부수검자적특이성응취균미소실。이용응취알기술검측출유항체차반복수혈혈액표본、배혈불합격이급정상헌혈화수혈반응자적표본74빈。통과응취알기술측정청매소항체표본,육안즉가식별2+응취。결론:응취알기술구유조작간단、편리、고효이급령민도고등우세,가유효방지수혈과정중발생용혈성수혈반응,치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical application value of polybrene technique in blood transfusion inspection.Methods:300 cases of normal subjects were selected from January 2011 to January 2014.They were given the experiment by polybrene technique.74 copies of difficult blood specimens were detected.Results:In the normal subjects,the disappeared number of 10 seconds nonspecific condensation was 182 cases(52%).The disappeared number of 20 seconds was 168 cases(48%).In 3 minutes,the nonspecific condensations of all the normal subjects were disappeared.But after 3 minutes,specific aggregations of all the normal subjects were not disappeared.74 copies of antibodies and repeated transfusion blood specimens, unqualified blood matching,specimens of normal blood donation and blood transfusion reaction patients were detected by using polybrene technique.Through the polybrene technique,the penicillin antibody specimens could be detected,and the naked eye could identify the 2 + condensation.Conclusion:Polybrene technique has the advantages of simple operation,convenience,high efficiency and high sensitivity.It can effectively prevent the occurrence of hemolytic transfusion reaction in blood transfusion process.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
