目的：探讨松龄血脉康联合硝苯地平控释片治疗农村高血压病患者的临床疗效。方法：2011年1月-2013年11月收治农村高血压患者120例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。对照组给予硝苯地平控释片30 mg，顿服；治疗组在此基础上给予松龄血脉康1.5 g，3次/日。疗程8周。比较治疗前后患者血压、自觉症状、不良反应情况。结果：与对照组进行比较，治疗组的血压控制较理想，明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：松龄血脉康联合硝苯地平控释片可有效控制血压，二者具有协同性，能改善患者的临床症状，提高患者服药依从性，治疗效果良好。

목적：탐토송령혈맥강연합초분지평공석편치료농촌고혈압병환자적림상료효。방법：2011년1월-2013년11월수치농촌고혈압환자120례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，각60례。대조조급여초분지평공석편30 mg，돈복；치료조재차기출상급여송령혈맥강1.5 g，3차/일。료정8주。비교치료전후환자혈압、자각증상、불량반응정황。결과：여대조조진행비교，치료조적혈압공제교이상，명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：송령혈맥강연합초분지평공석편가유효공제혈압，이자구유협동성，능개선환자적림상증상，제고환자복약의종성，치료효과량호。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of songlingxuemaikang combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of rural patients with hypertension.Methods:120 rural cases with hypertensive were selected from January 2011 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group were given nifedipine controlled release tablets of 30 mg,taken at a draught.The treatment group were plus songlingxuemaikang capsule 1.5 g,3 times/day.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Compare the blood pressure,symptoms, adverse reaction before and after the treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,blood pressure control of the treatment group was ideal,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Songlingxuemaikang combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets can effectively control blood pressure,and those durgs are synergy.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve patient compliance,and also has a good treatment effect.
