目的：通过针刀在股骨远端及胫骨近端切孔治疗退行性膝关节病，临床疗效观察并探索相关机理。方法：将已确诊的患者，在膝关节内侧股骨远端及胫骨近端定点，一般定5个点，局部麻醉，针刀在5个点上刺入骨内1～3 cm，作“十”字切割。结果：经治疗的42个膝关节中，治愈36个，显效5个，好转1个，治疗有效率97.6%。结论：针刀切孔减压治疗膝关节退行病变疗效很好，疗程短，是治疗退行性膝关节炎新型而高效的治疗手段，特别是对中晚期患者的治疗基本可以代替手术疗法。
목적：통과침도재고골원단급경골근단절공치료퇴행성슬관절병，림상료효관찰병탐색상관궤리。방법：장이학진적환자，재슬관절내측고골원단급경골근단정점，일반정5개점，국부마취，침도재5개점상자입골내1～3 cm，작“십”자절할。결과：경치료적42개슬관절중，치유36개，현효5개，호전1개，치료유효솔97.6%。결론：침도절공감압치료슬관절퇴행병변료효흔호，료정단，시치료퇴행성슬관절염신형이고효적치료수단，특별시대중만기환자적치료기본가이대체수술요법。
Objective:Through the needle knife in the distal femur and proximal tibia cut hole in the treatment of degenerative arthritis,to observe the clinical effect and explore the related mechanism.Methods:The confirmed patients had fixed point in the knee medial distal femoral and proximal tibia.it generally setted 5 points,local anesthesia,the needle-knife stabed the bone inside 1~3 cm at 5 points,"十" word cutting.Results:In 42 knee joints,36 cases were cured;5 cases were significantly effective;1 case was better;the effective rate of treatment was 97.6%.Conclusion:Needle knife cut hole decompression in the treatment of knee degenerative disease has good curative effect and short course of treatment.It is the new and effective treatment of degenerative arthritis,especially for middle-late patients.This treatment can replace operation treatment.
