目的：探讨帕罗西汀联合小剂量奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法：66例抑郁症患者随机分成研究组和对照组，研究组给予帕罗西汀合用奥氮平治疗，对照组单用帕罗西汀治疗。共观察8周，于治疗前和治疗后1周、2周、4周、8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效。采用治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定安全性。结果：帕罗西汀合用小剂量奥氮平疗效显著，研究组与对照组的显效率分别为75.0%和51.5%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：帕罗西汀合用小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁症和焦虑症起效快，可提高疗效。
목적：탐토파라서정연합소제량오담평치료노년억욱증적림상료효화안전성。방법：66례억욱증환자수궤분성연구조화대조조，연구조급여파라서정합용오담평치료，대조조단용파라서정치료。공관찰8주，우치료전화치료후1주、2주、4주、8주말채용한밀이돈억욱량표(HAMD)、한밀이돈초필량표(HAMA)평정료효。채용치료중수처리적불량반응증상량표(TESS)평정안전성。결과：파라서정합용소제량오담평료효현저，연구조여대조조적현효솔분별위75.0%화51.5%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：파라서정합용소제량오담평치료억욱증화초필증기효쾌，가제고료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:66 cases with depression were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group were treated with paroxetine combined with olanzapine.The control group were only treated with paroxetine.They were observed for 8 weeks.We assessed the efficacy by the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) before and after the treatment of 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks.We assessed the safety by the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS).Results:The curative effect of paroxetine with small dose of olanzapine is significantly.The significant efficiency rate of the study group and the control group were 75% and 51.5% respectively.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paroxetine Combined with olanzapine in the treatment of depression and anxiety has a rapid onset.It can improve curative effect.
