目的：观察复方右旋糖苷70眼液联合贝复舒眼液治疗干眼病的临床疗效。方法：2012年9月-2013年9月收治干眼症患者36例72眼，随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组给予复方右旋糖苷70眼液滴眼，治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用贝复舒眼液滴眼，均4次/日，治疗2周后复查。比较两组治疗前后泪液分泌试验(Schirmer test，ST)、泪膜破裂时间(Breaking up time，BUT)及疗效。结果：两组治疗前后Schirmer试验结果差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗前两组BUT差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，两组治疗前后BUT、疗效差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：复方右旋糖苷70眼液联合贝复舒眼液治疗干眼症的疗效优于单纯使用复方右旋糖苷70眼液。

목적：관찰복방우선당감70안액연합패복서안액치료간안병적림상료효。방법：2012년9월-2013년9월수치간안증환자36례72안，수궤분위치료조급대조조。대조조급여복방우선당감70안액적안，치료조재대조조기출상연합사용패복서안액적안，균4차/일，치료2주후복사。비교량조치료전후루액분비시험(Schirmer test，ST)、루막파렬시간(Breaking up time，BUT)급료효。결과：량조치료전후Schirmer시험결과차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，치료전량조BUT차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，량조치료전후BUT、료효차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：복방우선당감70안액연합패복서안액치료간안증적료효우우단순사용복방우선당감70안액。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of compound dextran 70 eye drops combined with bFGF eye drops in treatment of dry eye disease.Methods:36 cases with dry eye(72 eyes) were selected from September 2012 to September 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were given compound dextran 70 drops, and the treatment group were given bFGF eye drops on the basis of the control group.Both of them were used 4 times/day.We reviewed after 2 weeks treatment.We compared the tear secretion test(Schirmer test,ST),tear break-up time(Breaking up time, BUT) and the effect of two groups before and after treatment.Results:The Schirmer test results of the two groups before and after treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The BUT of the two groups before the treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).The BUT and the effect of two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of compound dextran 70 eye drops combined with bFGF eye drops in treatment of dry eye syndrome is better than pure compound dextran eye drops.
