[目的]探讨橄榄油对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。[方法]将50只成年 SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和干预组(干预组又分为3个亚组,即干预低剂量组、干预中剂量组、干预高剂量组)。除正常对照组外的各组大鼠,每天喂食高脂饲料,建立高脂血症大鼠模型;各干预组分别灌胃5 mL/(kg·d)、10 mL/(kg·d)、20 mL/(kg·d)橄榄油,正常对照组和模型组大鼠均给予生理盐水灌胃4周;实验期间,观察记录大鼠摄食状况、体重变化等基本情况;4周后尾尖采血,分离血清,测定大鼠血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD )、丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TC )、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C )。[结果]与模型组相比,干预中剂量组MDA、TC、TG、LDL C显著降低,HDL C、SOD显著升高。[结论]10 mL/(kg·d)橄榄油灌胃可使高脂血症大鼠血脂水平下降,并可提高其抗氧化能力。

[목적]탐토감람유대고지혈증대서혈지수평적영향。[방법]장50지성년 SD웅성대서수궤분위정상대조조、모형조화간예조(간예조우분위3개아조,즉간예저제량조、간예중제량조、간예고제량조)。제정상대조조외적각조대서,매천위식고지사료,건립고지혈증대서모형;각간예조분별관위5 mL/(kg·d)、10 mL/(kg·d)、20 mL/(kg·d)감람유,정상대조조화모형조대서균급여생리염수관위4주;실험기간,관찰기록대서섭식상황、체중변화등기본정황;4주후미첨채혈,분리혈청,측정대서혈청중적초양화물기화매(SOD )、병이철(MDA)、총담고순(TC )、삼선감유(TG)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL C)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL C )。[결과]여모형조상비,간예중제량조MDA、TC、TG、LDL C현저강저,HDL C、SOD현저승고。[결론]10 mL/(kg·d)감람유관위가사고지혈증대서혈지수평하강,병가제고기항양화능력。
Obj ective:To probe into the influence of olive oil on lipid me-tabolism in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods:A total of 50 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group and intervention group (rats in intervention group were divided in-to 3 subgroups,namely the low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group).The rats in all intervention subgroups received intragastric ad-ministration respectively with 5 mL/(kg·d),10 mL/(kg·d),20 mL/(kg·d) olive oil.And rats in normal control group and model control group re-ceived gavage with normal saline for 4 weeks.At the same time,rats ex-cept in normal control group were fed a high fat diet every day to estab-lish the model of hyperlipidemia rats.During the experiment,the basic situation of feeding and rats body weight change were observed and re-corded.After 4 weeks,blood samples were collected from the tail end and separation of serum was conducted.And superoxide dismutase in serum of rats(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),total cholesterol(TC),triglycer-ide(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C),low density lip-oprotein cholesterol(LDL C)of all samples were determined.Results:Compared with the model group,MDA,TC,TG,LDL C decreased sig-nificantly in middle dose group of intervention group.And HDL C and SOD significantly increased.Conclusion:1 0 mL/kg olive oil intragastric administration can make the blood lipid level decline in hyperlipidemic rats,and can improve the antioxidant ability of the rats.
