目的：观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在瘢痕子宫早孕妇女无痛人流中的临床应用效果。方法：收治瘢痕子宫早孕患者160例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组80例。观察组应用米非司酮+米索前列醇+丙泊酚行无痛人流。对照组应用米非司酮+丙泊酚行无痛人流。观察两组有效扩张率、手术时间、术中出血量、丙泊酚用量及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组在有效扩张率、手术时间、术中出血量、丙泊酚用量及不良反应方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在瘢痕子宫早孕妇女无痛人流中，应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇能充分软化扩张宫颈，缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，降低不良反应，增加了手术安全性。
목적：관찰미비사동배오미색전렬순재반흔자궁조잉부녀무통인류중적림상응용효과。방법：수치반흔자궁조잉환자160례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조80례。관찰조응용미비사동+미색전렬순+병박분행무통인류。대조조응용미비사동+병박분행무통인류。관찰량조유효확장솔、수술시간、술중출혈량、병박분용량급불량반응발생정황。결과：관찰조재유효확장솔、수술시간、술중출혈량、병박분용량급불량반응방면균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재반흔자궁조잉부녀무통인류중，응용미비사동배오미색전렬순능충분연화확장궁경，축단수술시간，감소술중출혈량，강저불량반응，증가료수술안전성。
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in painless abortion of scar uterine pregnancy women.Methods:160 cases with scar uterine pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 80 cases in each.The observation group were treated with mifepristone,misoprostol and propofol for painless abortion.The control group were treated with mifepristone,propofol for painless abortion.The effective expansion rate,the operation time,the intraoperatve blood soss,the dosage of propofol and the adverse reaction of two groups were observed.Results:The effective expansion rate,the operation time,the intraoperatve blood soss,the dosage of propofol and the adverse reaction of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the painless abortion of scar uterine pregnancy women,application of mifepristone combined with misoprostol can fully softened and expanded cervix,shorten operation time,reduce intraoperatve blood soss,reduce adverse reaction,and increase the safety of operation.
