目的：观察应用PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法：回顾分析应用PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折41例。结果：28例获得随访，随访时间6～14个月，平均8.1个月。均无不愈合和延迟愈合，无深部感染，无髋内翻，无肺部感染及深静脉血栓形成等并发症。依据 Harris 髋关节功能评分标准进行疗效评定，优14例，良11例，中3例，平均优良率89.2%。结论：PFNA是一种治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。
목적：관찰응용PFNA치료노년고골조륭간골절적수술방법화림상료효。방법：회고분석응용PFNA치료노년고골조륭간골절41례。결과：28례획득수방，수방시간6～14개월，평균8.1개월。균무불유합화연지유합，무심부감염，무관내번，무폐부감염급심정맥혈전형성등병발증。의거 Harris 관관절공능평분표준진행료효평정，우14례，량11례，중3례，평균우량솔89.2%。결론：PFNA시일충치료노년성고골조륭간골절적이상방법。
Objective:To observe the operation method and clinical curative effect of applying PFNA in the treatment of 41 cases of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:41 cases of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with PFNA. They were retrospectively analyzed.Results:28 cases were followed up.The follow-up time was 6~14 months,and the average was 8.1 months.There were nonunion and delayed union,no deep infection,no hip varus,no pulmonary infection and deep venous thrombosis and other complications.The curative effect was evaluated according to Harris hip function scoring criteria,14 cases were excellent;11 cases were good;3 cases were middle;the averag excellent and good rate was 89.2%.Conclusion:PFNA is an ideal method for treating elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
