目的：探讨骨活检术对骨骼病变诊断的准确性、安全性和临床应用价值。方法随机选取我院111例骨骼病变患者，切开活检以及c臂或ct引导下经皮穿刺活检，部分行切除或刮除活检，分析骨活检的准确率。结果活检病理确诊102例(91.89％)；切开活检82例中活检确诊75例(91.46％)，经皮穿刺活检2l例中活检病理确诊19例(90．47％)，切除或刮除活检8例，活检病理确诊8例(100％)。结论几种常用骨活检术对骨骼病变的诊断的正确率较高，其中ct引导下经皮穿刺活检安全性高、创伤较小、准确率较高，是明确骨骼病变病理诊断的较好选择之一。

Objectiveto investigate the bone biopsy in the diagnosis of bone lesions in accuracy, safety and clinical application value.Methods randomly choose 111 cases in our hospital in patients with bone lesions, open biopsy and c arm or ct guided percutaneous puncture biopsy, partial resection or curettage biopsy, the accurate rate of bone biopsy analysis.Results the biopsy and pathological diagnosis in 102 cases (91.89%); 82 cases were diagnosed by open biopsy in 75 cases (91.46%), 19 cases of skin biopsy in 2l cases, biopsy and pathological diagnosis (90.47%), resection or curettage, biopsy in 8 cases, 8 cases of biopsy (100%).Conclusion the diagnosis of several common bone biopsy of skeletal lesions in a high rate of accuracy, of which CT guided percutaneous biopsy of high safety, small trauma, high accuracy rate, is one of the best choices for deifnite pathologic diagnosis of bone diseases.
