目的：对带锁髓内钉治疗新鲜骨干骨折的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的50例新鲜骨干骨折患者为对象，随机分组，对照组实施钢板内固定，实验组实施带锁髓内钉治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察和比较。结果实验组的治疗优良率明显比对照组高，实验组的愈合时间明显比对照组短，并发症发生率明显比对照组少，差异明显，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用带锁髓内钉对新鲜骨干骨折进行治疗，安全可靠，值得普及和应用。

목적：대대쇄수내정치료신선골간골절적림상료효진행탐토。방법선취아원수치적50례신선골간골절환자위대상，수궤분조，대조조실시강판내고정，실험조실시대쇄수내정치료。대량조환자적림상료효진행관찰화비교。결과실험조적치료우량솔명현비대조조고，실험조적유합시간명현비대조조단，병발증발생솔명현비대조조소，차이명현，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용대쇄수내정대신선골간골절진행치료，안전가고，치득보급화응용。
Objective to investigate the clinical curative effect of the treatment on fresh diaphyseal fractures with interlocking intramedullary nail.Methods 50 cases in our hospital with fresh fractures were selected as the object. they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group in which patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail, while patients in control group were received patieplate ifxation. And the clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results The excellent and good rate of efifcacy in the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group, and the healing time in the experimental group was signiifcantly shorter than that in the control group. Moreover, the occurance rate of complication was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P <0.05). Conclusion the therapy of interlocking intramedullary nailing in fresh diaphyseal fractures were safe and reliable, and is worthy of being popularized and applied.
