目的：研究鼻息肉鼻窦炎采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗的效果。方法将2012年9月至2013年9月收入我院的58例鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者，随机分为治疗组(鼻内窥镜手术)和对照组(传统手术)。术后随访6个月，并将两组患者的总有效率和复发率进行比较。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.7%，复发率为3.24%，对照组的总有效率为72.4%，复发率为4.66%。治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论鼻息肉鼻窦炎采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗总有效率高，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

목적：연구비식육비두염채용비내규경수술치료적효과。방법장2012년9월지2013년9월수입아원적58례비식육비두염환자，수궤분위치료조(비내규경수술)화대조조(전통수술)。술후수방6개월，병장량조환자적총유효솔화복발솔진행비교。결과치료조적총유효솔위96.7%，복발솔위3.24%，대조조적총유효솔위72.4%，복발솔위4.66%。치료조적료효명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론비식육비두염채용비내규경수술치료총유효솔고，복발솔저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objectiveto study the effect of treatment the nasal polyps sinusitis with nasal endoscope operation.Methods 58 cases of nasal polyps sinusitis patients in 2012 september to 2013 september in our hospital, were randomly divided into treatment group (nasal endoscope operation) and control group (traditional operation). Patients were followed up for 6 months, and the total efficiency rate and the recurrence rate of patients were compared between the two groups.Results the total effective rate in treatment group was 96.7%, the recurrence rate was 3.24%, control group in the total efifciency was 72.4%, the recurrence rate was 4.66%. The efifcacy of the treatment group was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusionthe total effective rate in the treatment of nasal polyps sinusitis with nasal endoscope operation was high and the recurrence rate was low, worthy of clinical application.
