目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸联合硝酸甘油治疗心绞痛的临床疗效，为临床用药提供相关指导。方法将我院2012年4月至2014年6月收治的206例心绞痛患者随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组（103例）单纯采用硝酸甘油进行常规药物治疗，研究组（103例）在此基础上加服复方丹参滴丸联合硝酸甘油治疗，一个疗程后观察效果。结果200例患者经治疗后病情大多有所改善，研究组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.2%和64.1%，组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)，且研究组患者在心绞痛发作的持续时间、频率以及硝酸甘油用量上也均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合硝酸甘油治疗心绞痛的临床疗效显著，优于单纯硝酸甘油治疗，值得进一步推广使用。

Objective to investigate the clinical effect of compound danshen dropping Pills combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of angina pectoris, providing guidance for clinical use.Methods 206 cases of angina pectoris in our hospital from 2012 april to 2014 June were treated and randomly divided into study group and control group, the control group (103 cases) treated with nitroglycerin to conventional drug treatment, the study group (103 cases) on the basis of compound danshen Pill combined with nitric acid glycerin treatment, then the treatment effects were observed.Results after treatment the symptoms of 200 patients were improved. the total effective rates in the study group and the control group were 93.2% and 64.1%, the differences were statistically signiifcant(P <0.05), and the patients in the study group of angina attack frequency, duration and dosage of nitroglycerin also showed signiifcant improvement (P <0.05).Conclusionthe clinical curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of angina pectoris is signiifcantly better than nitroglycerin treatment, worthy of further promotion.
