以某交通枢纽工程为背景，针对项目特点，制定了施工节能降耗措施，并从节能降耗宣传教育工作、技术改进、周转材料节约及利用计划方面作了阐述，通过实践表明各措施应用成效显著，可为今后工程项目中制定绿色施工方案提供借鉴和参考。

Taking a transport hub project as background for the characteristics of the project,the development of the construction of energy sav-ing measures applied,and made elaboration from the energy saving and construction publicity and education work,technology improvement, turnover materials conservation and utilization plan aspects,through the practice showed that each measure application had remarkables results, can provide reference for developing“green construction”program for future projects.
