this paper analyzed the influence factors of the sphericity and particle size distribution of FCC catalyst,so as to significantly improve the sphericity and particle size distribution of FCC catalyst by means of increasing colloidal solids content,properly selecting nozzle material,improving rotator structure,as well as optimizing the operation condition of mist spray,etc.
