根据成都市二环路高架桥与广巴高速公路防撞护栏工程清水混凝土的设计与施工要求,采用密实骨架堆积理论进行了清水混凝土配合比优化设计,研究了外加剂组成与掺量、浇筑与振捣工艺等对混凝土外观质量的影响,得到了消泡剂与引气剂的合理掺量,确定了各施工过程的最佳工艺,并在依托工程中成功应用,制备出具有色泽均匀、美观的镜面效果的清水混凝土。
根據成都市二環路高架橋與廣巴高速公路防撞護欄工程清水混凝土的設計與施工要求,採用密實骨架堆積理論進行瞭清水混凝土配閤比優化設計,研究瞭外加劑組成與摻量、澆築與振擣工藝等對混凝土外觀質量的影響,得到瞭消泡劑與引氣劑的閤理摻量,確定瞭各施工過程的最佳工藝,併在依託工程中成功應用,製備齣具有色澤均勻、美觀的鏡麵效果的清水混凝土。

According to the concrete requirement of design and construction of the Second Ring Road viaduct project in chengdu and Guang-Ba highway guardrail,theosry of dense framework packing was used for the optimization design of concrete mix proportion,and the effect of admix-ture composition and content,pouring and vibrating technology on the appearance of hardened concrete were studied. The reasonable dosage of defoamer agent and air entraining agent were got. The optimal process was ascertained in each of the construction process,which have success-fully applied in practical engineering,and the fair-faced concrete with a series of advantages such as uniform color and mirror effect have pre-pared.
