This paper, taking Hubei regional chamber of commerce as the research object, analyzes its functions such as financing platform, information platform, project platform, rights protection platform, training platform and communication platform in the aspect of service development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The development of Hubei regional chamber of commerce and the existing problems in service for small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also given in this paper.
