本文以南京市栖霞区老年人为调查对象，从老年人基本情况、社会生活环境参数、日常生活活动、认知能力、情绪行为和视听觉等六个方面进行了调查，发现老年人能力呈现生活状况令人担忧、生理自理能力总体较差、认知能力一般和情绪行为总体稳定等特点。
본문이남경시서하구노년인위조사대상，종노년인기본정황、사회생활배경삼수、일상생활활동、인지능력、정서행위화시은각등륙개방면진행료조사，발현노년인능력정현생활상황령인담우、생리자리능력총체교차、인지능력일반화정서행위총체은정등특점。
Taking the elderly in Qixia District of Nanjing City as the respondent, this article researched the basic situation, social life environment parameters, daily life events, cognitive abilities, mood behavior and vision and auditory sense of them. The results show that their living condition is worrisome, their self care ability is generally weak, their cognitive ability is general and their mood behavior is generally stable.
