本文以佛山国有资产和国有企业为研究对象，结合我国广东及佛山地区政策和经济发展环境，分析佛山市属国有企业发展及国有资产经营所具有的优势和劣势，面临机会和威胁，并在此基础上提出构建佛山国有资产发展监管机制改革有效路径的政策建议，为实现佛山乃至中国国有资产保值、增值，以及国民经济的可持续发展提供参考价值。
본문이불산국유자산화국유기업위연구대상，결합아국엄동급불산지구정책화경제발전배경，분석불산시속국유기업발전급국유자산경영소구유적우세화열세，면림궤회화위협，병재차기출상제출구건불산국유자산발전감관궤제개혁유효로경적정책건의，위실현불산내지중국국유자산보치、증치，이급국민경제적가지속발전제공삼고개치。
Combined with the policies and economic development environment of Foshan, this paper sets state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises of Foshan as the research object, analyzes Foshan state-owned enterprises' development and the strengths, weaknesses opportunities and challenges of state-owned assets management, and proposes the recommendations of constructing state-owned assets supervision mechanism reform in Foshan in order to provide reference for realizing the rising value of China Foshan state-owned assets, sustainable development and national economy.
