This paper introduces all kinds of tooth profile and the applicable scope of the punching tooth molds based on the current application status of alloy saw blade punching tooth mold and the related knowledge of blanking die. When the molds are designed, a few types are compared with designing the shape of coining matrix, which can determine to select the type of the blanking die,improve the cycle of mold design and manufacture, and reduce the unnecessary trouble. It has a strong guiding significance in the practical mold design.
