目的：探讨前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2013年4月～2014年4月在我院经前列腺电切镜鞘操作孔置入钬激光光纤击碎结石的58例复杂膀胱结石患者的临床资料。结果本组58例患者均1次碎石成功并取出，手术时间为40～160min，平均手术时间100m i n；术后持续膀胱冲洗，3～7d后拔除尿管，拔管后排尿通畅,无大出血、膀胱穿孔及电切综合征发生；切除组织病理报告均为良性前列腺增生。所有患者术后复查K U B，膀胱内无结石残留，结石清除率为100%；随访至今，无结石复发及尿道狭窄发生。结论采用前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石具有创伤小、出血少且并发症少等优点，既减轻了患者的痛苦又缩短了住院时间，因其安全、可靠，值得临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토전렬선전절경연합화격광치료복잡방광결석적유효성화안전성。방법회고성분석2013년4월～2014년4월재아원경전렬선전절경초조작공치입화격광광섬격쇄결석적58례복잡방광결석환자적림상자료。결과본조58례환자균1차쇄석성공병취출，수술시간위40～160min，평균수술시간100m i n；술후지속방광충세，3～7d후발제뇨관，발관후배뇨통창,무대출혈、방광천공급전절종합정발생；절제조직병리보고균위량성전렬선증생。소유환자술후복사K U B，방광내무결석잔류，결석청제솔위100%；수방지금，무결석복발급뇨도협착발생。결론채용전렬선전절경연합화격광치료복잡방광결석구유창상소、출혈소차병발증소등우점，기감경료환자적통고우축단료주원시간，인기안전、가고，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective The prostate electricity cut mirror with titanium laser therapy efficacy and safety of complicated bladder calculi. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2013 April to 2014 April in our hospital after transurethral resection of the prostate sheath operation hole holmium laser fiber break stones of 58 patients complicated with bladder stones . Result This group of 58 cases with gravel success and taken out, Operating time is 40 ~ 160 min, the average operation time of 100 min; Postoperative continuous bladder irrigation, 3 ~ 7 d after urethral catheter, extubation after voiding; No bleeding, bladder perforation and cutting syndrome occurred; Removing tissue pathology of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Al patients with postoperative review KUB, bladder calculi residue, stone clearance rate was 100%; Fol owed up to date, no recurrence of calculus and urethral stricture. Conclusion Using electricity cut mirror with titanium laser therapy of prostate bladder calculi complicated with the advantages of smal trauma, less bleeding and fewer complications, reduce the patient's pain and shorten the length of hospital stay, because of its safe, reliable, is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
