在高职人才培养过程中，存在着诸多过程管理的“空洞”，严重地影响了人才培养质量的提升。针对高职人才培养过程中如何有效发挥学分制功效提出一些看法，汲取学分制的精髓与活力，以弥补高职人才培养过程中过程管理的“空洞”，使“学分制”在适应企业经济转型升级对职业岗位人才结构需求变化中的作用得以有效发挥。

There are many process management “loopholes” in vocational education , and they are seriously affect-ing the quality of talent training .This paper discusses how to make credit system effective and puts forward ways to make up for the process management “ loopholes” so that credit can adapt to the economic transformation and great upgrading of talent needs .
