在环江油田进行定向井施工中,存在地层规律认识不够、自然增或降斜严重、起下钻及定向调整次数多、随钻测斜仪器落后、纯钻利用率低等问题,严重影响了渤海钻探10万米进尺的完成。针对这种情况,在采用“四合一”钻具组合的基础上,配合MWD无线随钻技术,很好的解决了这个问题,使起下钻次数明显减少,机械钻速得到很大提高。
在環江油田進行定嚮井施工中,存在地層規律認識不夠、自然增或降斜嚴重、起下鑽及定嚮調整次數多、隨鑽測斜儀器落後、純鑽利用率低等問題,嚴重影響瞭渤海鑽探10萬米進呎的完成。針對這種情況,在採用“四閤一”鑽具組閤的基礎上,配閤MWD無線隨鑽技術,很好的解決瞭這箇問題,使起下鑽次數明顯減少,機械鑽速得到很大提高。
재배강유전진행정향정시공중,존재지층규률인식불구、자연증혹강사엄중、기하찬급정향조정차수다、수찬측사의기락후、순찬이용솔저등문제,엄중영향료발해찬탐10만미진척적완성。침대저충정황,재채용“사합일”찬구조합적기출상,배합MWD무선수찬기술,흔호적해결료저개문제,사기하찬차수명현감소,궤계찬속득도흔대제고。
Huanjiang oilfield directional drilling has greatly affected the course of 1 million meters drilling in the Bo-hai Sea for the reason of leaking knowledge of stratum patterns and frequent up -and-down drilling and directional adjustments .In view of this situation , we use the “ four in one” drilling assembly and MWD wireless drilling tech-nology to solve this problem well , making the tripping frequency significantly reduced and the mechanical drilling speed improved , which has reached the optimal and fast construction of directional drilling .
