镀铬是限动芯棒生产的最后一道工序，一般采用行进式连续镀铬工艺，由变频器驱动多台电机经减速机构后带动辊道完成工件的缓慢进给。进给异常会造成镀层不均匀甚至起皮等严重质量问题，给企业带来重大损失。装置对辊道的行进进行检测，对驱动电机的状态进行辅助检测，提供显示和故障报警功能，解决了进给异常问题。
