基于线粒体 DNA COI基因序列分析了浙江和福建沿海的厚壳贻贝Mytilus coruscus 群体遗传结构及遗传多样性现状。研究结果显示:在长度为564bp的COI基因片段上,厚壳贻贝的5个群体均呈现较高的单倍型多样度(0.867±0.129~1.000±0.177)和较低的核苷酸多样度(0.007±0.005~0.011±0.008);邻接关系树显示,5个群体的单倍型相互混杂,仅有1个小的分支存在;厚壳贻贝单倍型网络关系图呈星状结构,存在1个与系统树相对应的分支;不同群体间的FST值较小,且统计检验的结果均不显著,表明浙江、福建沿岸的厚壳贻贝群体间在 COI基因上存在同质性;Taj ima’s D和Fu’s FS中性检验的结果(Tajima's D=-1.828,P=0.017;Fs=-22.954,P=0.000)都显著偏离中性,提示厚壳贻贝经历了群体扩张。

In the present study,the population genetic structure and population genetic diversity of Mytilus coruscus along Zhej iang and Fuj ian coast waters were investigated by the mitochondrial COI gene.A 564 bp fragment was edited and aligned.The results showed that high level of haplotype diver-sity,nucleotide diversity and mean number of pairwise differences were detected for M.coruscus.Both the neighbor-j oining trees and haplotype networks showed that no significant genealogical structures corresponding to sampling locations existed,but a small clade with high bootstrap was detected.Net-work of M.coruscus was star-like which indicated signature of population expansion.Pairwise FST re-vealed no significant genetic differentiation among populations and not significant after sequential Bon-ferroni corrections.Both Tajima's (D=-1.828,P=0.017)and Fu's (Fs=-22.954,P=0.000)gave negative values,and both tests were significant,which indicated M.coruscus might have experienced a recent population expansion.
