实验室条件下研究了光照强度及周期性波动对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)Na+-K+-ATP酶活力的影响。实验设60、600、1500、3000和6000 lx5个恒定光照组,以及600~60 lx、1500~60 lx、3000~60 lx和6000~60 lx 4个光照强度周期性突变组。结果发现,凡纳滨对虾肌肉中 Na+-K+-ATP酶活力具有明显的昼夜节律,但不同光照模式下其规律性有所差异;较大幅度的光照强度突变导致对虾 Na+-K+-ATP 酶活力先迅速上升,然后缓慢下降,最后缓慢回升;不同光照模式下,对虾 Na+-K+-ATP酶活力均值有所差异,其中1500 lx组对虾Na+-K+-ATP酶活力值均值最低,这可能是对虾处于1种生理平衡状态,离子运输和渗透压调节保持在较低水平;较大幅度的光照强度突变处理组中对虾的 Na+-K+-ATP酶活力均值要显著小于其对应的恒定光照处理组,其主要原因可能与机体的代谢及相关酶的功效不同有关。
實驗室條件下研究瞭光照彊度及週期性波動對凡納濱對蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei)Na+-K+-ATP酶活力的影響。實驗設60、600、1500、3000和6000 lx5箇恆定光照組,以及600~60 lx、1500~60 lx、3000~60 lx和6000~60 lx 4箇光照彊度週期性突變組。結果髮現,凡納濱對蝦肌肉中 Na+-K+-ATP酶活力具有明顯的晝夜節律,但不同光照模式下其規律性有所差異;較大幅度的光照彊度突變導緻對蝦 Na+-K+-ATP 酶活力先迅速上升,然後緩慢下降,最後緩慢迴升;不同光照模式下,對蝦 Na+-K+-ATP酶活力均值有所差異,其中1500 lx組對蝦Na+-K+-ATP酶活力值均值最低,這可能是對蝦處于1種生理平衡狀態,離子運輸和滲透壓調節保持在較低水平;較大幅度的光照彊度突變處理組中對蝦的 Na+-K+-ATP酶活力均值要顯著小于其對應的恆定光照處理組,其主要原因可能與機體的代謝及相關酶的功效不同有關。

Four periodic fluctuation light intensity treatments (600~60 lx,1500~60 lx,3000~60 lx and 6000~60 lx)and five constant light intensity treatments (60 lx,600 lx,1500 lx,3000 lx,6000 lx) were arranged to investigate the effect of periodic abrupt change in light intensities and constant light intensities on Na+-K+-ATPase.After assay and analyze the Na+-K+-ATPase activity,it can be found that:the fluctuation of Na+-K+-ATPase had certain rhythmicity,but the rhythmicity in different light intensity regimes were difference.The Na+-K+-ATPase activity increased rapidly when light intensity abrupt changed with a more light amplitude,then it decreased gradually;after hours the Na+-K+-AT-Pase activity increased gradually again.The average activities of Na+-K+-ATPase were different in dif-ferent light intensity regimes,the average activities of Na+-K+-ATPase of shrimps in treatment 1500 lx were lowest,the reason for those results maybe that shrimps in light treatment 1500 lx were in a physi-ological equilibrium,and the osmoregulation and ion transportation were in a lower level.The average activities of Na+-K+-ATPase of shrimps in treatment 3000~60 lx and 6000~60 lx were significantly lower than those in the corresponding constant treatment 60 lx,3000 lx and 6000 lx,the reason may be that the metabolism and effectiveness of the enzyme were different.
