利用广东省知识产权公共信息综合服务平台，通过在线检索分析，对我国OLED器件的专利数据进行检索、分析和总结。从专利申请总量、总体发展趋势、专利申请区域分析、申请人综合比较和主要技术领域分析等方面，对OLED器件专利进行分析归纳，从专利成果这一客观准确的角度评价我国目前OLED器件的发展水平，为以后OLED器件的研发和专利分布提供可靠参考。

Based on the Intellectual Property Rights ( IPR ) of Guangdong province public information integrated service platform , and using of the analysis of the online retrieval , analysis and summary of patents on OLED devices are presented in this paper .From the application for the patent amount , overall development trend , regional analysis , comprehensive comparison of applicant and the analysis of main technical areas , this paper analyzes the patents on OLED devices .It evaluates China's current OLED devices development level through the patent results , which is an objective and accurate research angle .It provides trustful reference for further research and patent potential on OLED devices .
