目前对交流发光二极管( AC-LED)的结温测试少有研究。将一种新的电学测试方法---阈值电压法应用到AC-LED结温测试当中,并与传统的峰值波长法进行对比。两种测试方法的结温测试结果相差在4℃之内,有较好的一致性。经过分析,当参考阈值电流为1mA时,阈值电压法的测试误差为±2.5℃,峰值波长法的测试误差为±6℃。阈值电压法测试结果更为精确,应用范围更广,更适用于工业测试。

At present , the measurement techniques of the junction temperatures of light emitting diodes ( LEDs) are developed for AC-LED.In the present work , a novel approach of threshold voltage method is proposed for junction temperature characterization of AC-LEDs.The new method was tested , and results of which were compared with the traditional peak wavelength method , showing a good agreement within 4℃. Further analysis suggested that the error of the threshold voltage method can be narrowed down to ±2.5 ℃when the reference current is chosen as ~1 mA. It is concluded that the method of threshold voltage is accurate and simple to implement , making it highly suitable for determining the junction temperatures of AC-LEDs in industry .
