Analysis of the latest research on circadian rhythm physiological mechanism domestic and overseas is summarized in this paper .Using physiological mechanism as breakthrough point , this paper comprehensively discourses upon different influencing factors of circadian rhythm .Especially in the aspect of the relationship between circadian rhythm and light stimulation , thorough elaboration is given respectively on light stimulation intensity , time, the relation of non-visual forming system action spectrum and circadian phase .In addition , this article also explores the relationship between seasonal changes of natural light including the Polar Regions and the circadian rhythm . Eventually , this paper summarizes the latest international research on molecular circadian rhythm , through the introduction of FBXL 21 role in cellular circadian rhythm .
