建立了气相色谱测定食品中BHA、BHT、TBHQ的定量检测方法。样品经乙醇提取,浓缩,N2吹至近干并定溶后,经气相色谱检测。
建立瞭氣相色譜測定食品中BHA、BHT、TBHQ的定量檢測方法。樣品經乙醇提取,濃縮,N2吹至近榦併定溶後,經氣相色譜檢測。
건립료기상색보측정식품중BHA、BHT、TBHQ적정량검측방법。양품경을순제취,농축,N2취지근간병정용후,경기상색보검측。
A rapid method was developed for the determination of BHA, BHT, TBHQ in food by gas chromatography. The food samples were extracted by ethanol with ultrasonication. The chromatographic analysis was carried out by GC-MS.
