阿尔茨海默病是一种慢性认知功能进行性下降的神经退行性病变。尿酸作为天然的抗氧化剂，可以有效清除体内部分自由基，保护细胞免受氧化损伤；但是尿酸水平过高时，其还具有促氧化性质，导致氧化应激反应。血清尿酸对阿尔茨海默病究竟是保护因素还是危害因素存在争议。如何找到一个合适范围的血尿酸浓度，既能避免心血管疾病和代谢性疾病的发生，又能延缓甚至于预防阿尔茨海默病的发展，具有重要意义。

Alzheimer′s disease is a chronic and progressive decline in cognitive function in neurodegeneration .Uric acid can remove the body parts of free radicals effectively ,protect cells from oxidative damage as a natural antioxidant .However,when the high levels of uric acid ,which also has pro-oxidant in nature,with leading to oxidative stress .Serum uric acid is controversial whether risk factors or protective factors on Alzheimer′s disease.How to find a suitable range of serum uric acid concentration ,both to avoid the occurrence of cardiovascular disease and metabolic disease .Alzheimer′s disease can be delay or even prevent the development of great significance .
