目的:探讨不同强度有氧运动对糖尿病大鼠血糖及心肌氧自由基的影响。方法通过高脂饮食饲喂及腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型40只,随机分为模型组、低强度运动组、中强度运动组、高强度运动组,每组各10只。3个运动组分别给予10 m/min(相当于30%VO2MAX)、15 m/min(相当于50%VO2MAX)、20 m/min(相当于70%VO2MAX)跑台运动,每天运动1小时,每周运动6天,连续6周。随后尾静脉取血,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);取大鼠心脏,检测心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、总一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平。结果与造模前比较,各组大鼠注射STZ后FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR均升高(P均<0.05)。运动治疗6周后,与模型组比较,低强度运动组、中强度运动组、高强度运动组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR下降(P均<0.05);与低、中强度运动组比较,高强度运动组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR均升高(P均<0.05)。运动治疗6周后,各运动组大鼠较模型组MDA和NO水平、NOS活性降低(P<0.01),SOD活性升高(P<0.05),与低、中强度运动组相比,高强度运动组MDA和NO水平、NOS活性升高(P<0.05),SOD活性降低(P<0.05)。结论低、中、高强度运动能够有效控制糖尿病大鼠血糖,并使MDA、NO、NOS水平降低,SOD活性升高,对治疗糖尿病心肌病发挥一定作用。

목적:탐토불동강도유양운동대당뇨병대서혈당급심기양자유기적영향。방법통과고지음식사위급복강주사련뇨좌균소(STZ)적방법건립당뇨병대서모형40지,수궤분위모형조、저강도운동조、중강도운동조、고강도운동조,매조각10지。3개운동조분별급여10 m/min(상당우30%VO2MAX)、15 m/min(상당우50%VO2MAX)、20 m/min(상당우70%VO2MAX)포태운동,매천운동1소시,매주운동6천,련속6주。수후미정맥취혈,검측공복혈당(FBG)、혈청이도소(FINS)、계산이도소저항지수(HOMA-IR);취대서심장,검측심기조직중초양화물기화매(SOD)、병이철(MDA)、일양화담(NO)、총일양화담합매(NOS)수평。결과여조모전비교,각조대서주사STZ후FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR균승고(P균<0.05)。운동치료6주후,여모형조비교,저강도운동조、중강도운동조、고강도운동조FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR하강(P균<0.05);여저、중강도운동조비교,고강도운동조FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR균승고(P균<0.05)。운동치료6주후,각운동조대서교모형조MDA화NO수평、NOS활성강저(P<0.01),SOD활성승고(P<0.05),여저、중강도운동조상비,고강도운동조MDA화NO수평、NOS활성승고(P<0.05),SOD활성강저(P<0.05)。결론저、중、고강도운동능구유효공제당뇨병대서혈당,병사MDA、NO、NOS수평강저,SOD활성승고,대치료당뇨병심기병발휘일정작용。
Objective To investigate the influences of aerobics with different intensities on blood glucose and myocardial oxygen free radicals (OFR) in diabetic rats. Methods The rat model of diabetes was established by feeding high-fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of STZ, and then 40 rats were randomly divided into model group, low-intensity aerobics group, mid-intensity aerobics group and high-intensity aerobics group (each n=10). All aerobics groups underwent treadmill running, respectively, for 10 m/min (=30%VO2MAX), 15 m/min (=50%VO2MAX) and 20 m/min (=70%VO2MAX) 1h a day, 6 da week for 6w. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS) and HOMA-IR in caudal vein, and superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in myocardial tissue were detected. Results After injecting STZ, the levels of FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR increased in all groups (all P<0. 05). After aerobics for 6w, the levels of FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR decreased in all aerobics groups compared with model group (allP<0. 05). The levels of FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR increased in high-intensity aerobics group compared with low-intensity aerobics group and mid-intensity aerobics group (allP<0. 05). After aerobics for 6w, the levels of MDA and NO and NOS activity decreased (P<0.01) and SOD activity increased (P<0.05) in all aerobics groups compared with model group, and levels of MDA and NO and NOS activity increased (P<0.05) and SOD activity decreased (P<0.05) in high-intensity aerobics group compared with low-intensity aerobics group and mid-intensity aerobics group. Conclusion The aerobics with low, mid or high intensity all can control the level of blood glucose, and reduce the levels of MDA, NO and NOS and promote SOD activity in diabetic rats, which plays a role in prevention of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
