目的:探讨 CPBL(Case-Problem Based Learning)教学法在医学本科生教学实践中的建立及应用。方法针对温州医科大学医学本科生教学活动的现状,建立并应用了 CPBL 教学法,对病理生理学课程的课堂教学进行一系列的改革,并初步总结了改革方案的实施成果。结果 CPBL 教学法进一步激发了医学本科学生学习的兴趣,启发了学生的思维,提高了学生学习的主动性,培养了学生独立思考问题和解决问题的能力,更好地发挥了本课程的基础-临床的桥梁作用。结论在医学本科生教学实践中,建立并应用 CPBL 教学法是行之有效的,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the establishment and application of the teaching method of case problem-based learning(CPBL) in the teaching practice of medical undergraduate. Methods For the status of teaching activity in the medical undergraduate of Wenzhou medical university, we established and applied CPBL’s teaching method, and conducted a series of reforms for the classroom teaching of the pathophysiology, then summarized the implementation results of the reforms preliminarily. Results The CPBL teaching method further stimulated the interests of medical undergraduate’s study, inspired the students’ thought, improved their intiative for learning, cultivated their ability of thinking and solving problems independently, made pathophysiology better play the function as a bridge between the basic and clinical medicine. Conclusions It’s effective to establish and apply the CPBL teaching method in the teaching practice of the medical undergraduates, it’s worth to be further popularized.
