目的：探讨微型腹腔镜下小儿肠道内异物取出术的可行性，并总结手术经验及技巧。方法回顾性分析7例患儿施行腹腔镜肠道内异物取出术的临床资料。结果7例均于腹腔镜下成功取出肠道内异物，无中转开腹。平均手术时间52 min；出血5～10 mL；术后2～4 d恢复进食；术后无肠瘘、肠漏、腹腔感染积脓等并发症。结论腹腔镜下小儿肠道内异物取出术是安全可行的，具有明显的优势。
목적：탐토미형복강경하소인장도내이물취출술적가행성，병총결수술경험급기교。방법회고성분석7례환인시행복강경장도내이물취출술적림상자료。결과7례균우복강경하성공취출장도내이물，무중전개복。평균수술시간52 min；출혈5～10 mL；술후2～4 d회복진식；술후무장루、장루、복강감염적농등병발증。결론복강경하소인장도내이물취출술시안전가행적，구유명현적우세。
Objetive To discuss the operative experience and skills of laparoscopic removal of foreign body in children’s intestinal tract. Methods Clinical data of seven children who underwent laparoscopic re-moval of foreign body in intestinal tract was collected and analysed retrospectively. Results All operations were successfully performed without conversions to open for surgery.The mean operating time was 52 min.The operative blood loss was 5 ~10 mL.The time for bowel function recovery was 2~4 d.There were no postopera-tive intestinal leakage,infection of abdominal cavity and other complication. Conclusion Compared with lapa-rotomy,laparoscopic removal of foreign body in intestinal tract is safe and feasible,and has obvious advantages.
