文化产业作为二十一世纪的朝阳产业，既迎来了发展的机遇同时也面临着挑战，能推动经济跨越式发展又是国家支柱性的产业。很多国家都在关注怎样才能够促进文化产业更好、更快发展。政府规制作为文化产业政策的重要分支已经引起了很大的关注，其作用也日益凸显。文章通过对我国文化产业政府规制现状进行分析，介绍美国、英国、日本等国家对文化产业的政府规制情况，比较我国和发达国家政府规制的差异，提出了完善我国文化产业政府规制的途径与措施。

As the“sunrise industry”of the 21st century , cultural industries ushered in the developed in the development opportunities while also facing challenges , it can promote economic development by leaps and bounds and also is the country’s pillar industries. Many domestic and foreign countries are concerned about how it can promote the cultural industry better and faster development, government regulation as an important branch of cultural industrial policy has been taken great attention and its role is increasingly prominent. Though analyze the status of government regulation of China’s cultural industry, introduction The United States, Britain, Japan and other countries the station for government regulation of cultural industries, compared domestic and foreign government regulation of cultural industries put forward a sound path of China's cultural industry and government regulation measures.
