目的：探讨微创穿刺外引流术治疗双侧慢性硬膜下血肿的疗效及手术技巧。方法回顾分析自2011年9月至2013年7月共采用微创穿刺外引流术治疗双侧慢性硬膜下血肿12例，并对出院患者进行随访，总结治疗效果。结果12例患者出院前7例血肿腔消失，5例存在少量硬膜下积液。结论双侧同时微创穿刺交替冲洗外引流术治疗双侧慢性硬膜下血肿，可以有效减轻术中、术后并发症，安全有效，值得推广。
목적：탐토미창천자외인류술치료쌍측만성경막하혈종적료효급수술기교。방법회고분석자2011년9월지2013년7월공채용미창천자외인류술치료쌍측만성경막하혈종12례，병대출원환자진행수방，총결치료효과。결과12례환자출원전7례혈종강소실，5례존재소량경막하적액。결론쌍측동시미창천자교체충세외인류술치료쌍측만성경막하혈종，가이유효감경술중、술후병발증，안전유효，치득추엄。
Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy and surgical techniques of minimally invasive puncture drainage in the treatment of bilateral chronic subdural hematoma .Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with bilateral chronic subdural hematoma treated with minimally invasive puncture drainage from September 2011 to July 2013 were analyzed retrospectively . The discharged patients were followed up and the treatment effects were summarized.Results All of the patients symptoms were significantly improved ,7 cavity disappeared before discharge hematoma,5 had small subdural effusion .Conclusion The minimally invasive puncture drainage in the treatment of bilateral chronic subdural hematoma has less complications and quickly recovery .It is worth to widely applicable .
